Buying a home involves teamwork. Pick a winning team by choosing a buyer’s agent that has your best interests in mind. Next do your diligence by getting finances in line to execute a Real Estate transaction. This is either converting investments to easily accessible cash, applying for a home loan, or both. Next focus your search to narrow in on the communities then homes you’d like to offer on. Before previewing homes with your agent drive by the ones you’re interested in. Filter the list down to 3-5 homes you’d like to view with your agent. After previewing the homes prioritize them from favorite to least favorite and present offers to seller’s accordingly. This in a nutshell is the ultimate game plan for buying a home.
