You don’t have control over location in your home sale and you have very little control over price other than, price reductions. What you do have control over is condition and the market heavily favors / rewards condition. Maximize the condition of your home by focusing on cosmetic items from the outside in. Prioritize further by focusing on first locations buyers would likely see (flow of home). You’re looking to de-clutter, paint, and fix flooring as necessary. A few short weekends spent on this will increase your market appeal and number of interested buyers. This gives you command of a larger slice of the market including those coveted buyer’s with deepest pockets.
